Adara Ventures and Neotec invest in Spanish venture Alien Vault (01/07/2009)

Madrid, Spain -- 1 July 2009. Adara Ventures and Neotec, venture capital investors focusing on IT ventures, announce their investment in Madrid-based Alien Vault, developers of OSSIM, a leading correlation-based, open-source security tool. Annual downloads stand at 200K and OSSIM was recently the recepient of a Google "Summer of Code" award for innovation in the open-source space. The investment is intended to support Alien Vault's international development.
