Mónica Navas - Office Manager
Mónica joined the Adara team in 2006 with office management responsibilities. She is a graduate of Millersville University (Pennsylvania), from where she obtained a BA degree in Education and Mathematics in 1992.
After completing her university education, Mónica worked with Up with People, a not-for-profit cross-cultural educational organization for 7 years. At Up with People, she looked after the development, learning and management of 150 students from 20 different countries as they throughout Europe and North America performing a musical show and doing community service projects. She returned to Madrid in 2000, to work with Blue Planet English, a language school organizing youth exchange programs and summer camps. Starting in 2003 and until she joined Adara in 2006, Mónica was a youth event manager with Ritmo Mágico.
Mónica is an avid traveller, sports and outdoors person. In addition a fully practicing skier, swimmer and hiker, she is also a jazz-funk dance teacher.
